Clerkin & Clerkin is working closely with the campus architect and the Parking Service Department users in the programming/ feasibility study phase of the project. User interviews were conducted to determine the needs and functions, and tools such as space matrices, orginization charts and relationship diagrams were used to clarify and orginize the optimal layout of the space. Simultaneously, site analysis and utility investigation, along with consideration of the overall campus master plan helped identify the potential sites selection. Cost analysis along with pros and cons of the different options were presented to the campus and the users.
