Poorman's Bungalow", this renovation in the Bungalow Heaven district
of Pasadena, won a Pasadena/Foothill AIA award. A sensitive alteration
of a pre WWI speculative house to fit the needs of a growing family
with small children. The budget was extremely tight, spread over several
years and included some work by the owners. Materials were chosen for
durability and ability to lighten a dark house. |
