Founded in 1989 and reorganized in 1992, Clerkin & Clerkin was started by Chiao Hsieh Clerkin, AIA. It is a partnership with a minority woman partner. The principals and staff have experience, including that of other firm, in a variety of different building types, encompassing office buildings, institutional, transit, interior design and master planning. The firm has received several awards for design. The varied and extensive experience of the staff provides a balance of imaginative and client responsive solutions. The designs of the firm are the result of the principal's and client's commitment. They are the outgrowth of carefully study and an understanding of the site and programming opportunities and constraints.
